3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice was done so by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material removed and the location where it previously appeared.

    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA complaint.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our policies.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
